The Yankees, Tigers, and Red Sox have gotten off to a hot start in the East. Fred Lynn is out of the gate with a .462 average. Gene Tenace has five home runs (but only 6 RBI to go with) for the A's to get them off to the good start. Vida Blue is already 3-0 for the A's. It's going to be difficult for Frank Tanana to get his 19 wins and Nolan Ryan to get his 18 wins for the Angels. The offense is really bad.Sunday, April 5, 2009
American League - April 19
