National League - Week 20 Recap

  • The Philadelphia Phillies are playing better and the New York Mets are starting to drop. The Phillies are 5 1/2 games behind the  Mets in the NL East. It is the closest the Phillies have been in quite some time. Greg Luzinski has been a big part of the Phillies' rise, batting .344 with 13 RBI in his last 10 games.
  • The Cincinnati Reds will probably clinch the NL West by Labor Day.
